Please ensure that you have read and understood the ACID Joining Criteria before making your application. Please be aware that when your application has been authorised and processed you will be committed to a full year of membership and payment for this, even if you use the Direct Debit facility.

If you wish to pay by Direct Debit please download and print off the mandate shown above. All applications need to be received in hard copy so please complete all paperwork and either fax to 0845 644 3618 or post to ACID Ltd., PO Box 5078, Gloucester Central, GL19 3YB. Alternatively, signed applications can be scanned and e-mailed. If your Direct Debit is halted for any reason during membership, you will still be liable to pay the full year’s subscription.
